Thank you for using the “Drive Net” application and related services. • Account and Identity Verification Data: where necessary, we may combine basic account information with device, network, and log data, together with risk assessment mechanisms used by us and our partners or affiliated companies where legally permitted, for abnormal activity detection, identity verification, and prevention of fraud or abuse.
• Necessary Permission-Related Information: We only request permissions that are necessary for the features you actively use. We may request access to your microphone when you use voice communication, voice room, speaking, or live audio features. The system will notify you and request your consent before this permission is used, and you may adjust this permission at any time through your device settings.

The following information is generally not covered by the protection scope of this Policy: (1) content that you publicly post on the platform, such as comments or participation records; (2) search keywords that you enter within the service; (3) records relating to violations of platform rules or laws, and related handling actions.

3. Purpose and Methods of Data Use

• To provide, operate, optimize, and improve the service, including login, remote device interaction, message push notifications, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
• To provide microphone-based voice communication, voice room interaction, speaking, and live audio features when actively used by you.
• For security and compliance purposes, including blocking malicious programs, risk control, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and permission verification.
• To contact you, subject to your consent, regarding version updates, feature changes, or service notices.

Unless we have obtained your prior consent, or it is necessary to provide a service you have specifically requested, we will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal data with unrelated third parties. If sharing is necessary for cooperative services, such partners may only use the data within the scope of the agreed purpose and must stop using it once that purpose no longer exists.

4. Circumstances Requiring Disclosure

We may disclose or provide certain data under the following circumstances:

If you disable microphone or notification permissions, we will stop collecting the corresponding information and disable the related functions. For example, disabling microphone permission may affect voice communication, voice room, speaking, or live audio features. This will not affect any processing activities already carried out based on your prior authorization.

5. Data Retention, Storage Location, and Cross-Border Transfers

Your data may be stored on servers operated by Drive Net and/or its affiliated companies, and may be transferred across borders or used for backup purposes depending on the service architecture. For overseas access, storage, or display, we will adopt reasonable security measures and contractual safeguards.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

• To support login, preference settings, and necessary functions, we may place or read cookies and/or local storage data on your device.
• You may restrict or disable cookies through your browser or system settings, but some functions may not work properly as a result.
• Any information obtained through cookies will be managed and protected in accordance with this Policy.

7. Information Security and Your Responsibilities

• We adopt reasonable technical and administrative measures, such as encryption, access controls, and auditing mechanisms, to protect data. However, no transmission or storage over the internet is absolutely secure, so please keep your account credentials and password safe.
